the task

The UK private label market was valued at £50 billion in 2013. With this in mind, as well as all the emerging healthy eating food trends, Planet Organic felt the time was right to develop its own range.

the solution

The design of Planet Organic’s own label had to be more than just a logo-slapping exercise. A simple, impactful five-stripe design was developed that uses colour and its own language to present the stories behind the product.

And the principles of the design can still be used to create specific range propositions to reflect some of the emerging new product trends such as cold pressed juices, raw food and Paleolithic diets.
